Admin Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to lawyers and teams, including preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for Sir and team.
• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, conferences, and other events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, both physical and digital
• Assist with the preparation of office/legal documents, including drafting, proofreading, and finalizing documents.
• Conduct research and gather information to support legal cases, projects and future endeavours.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate the flow of information and documents between teams and offices
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other administrative/ operative tasks as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Steno / Shot hand writing skills
• organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
