JOB DESCRIPTION
You are responsible for ensuring that our Company’s Products, Services, Product Lines resonate with current or potential customers. In addition to monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so they can stay ahead of competition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse Brand Positioning and consumer insights.
- New products or variants launch by competitors and it’s market review.
- Translate Brand elements into plans and go to market strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing people working in Brand initiative.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Selecting channels of advertisement to catch eyeballs of target customers. (Print, Digital, Point of purchase etc.) and effective allocate funds to channels which improves KHF’s brand’s imaginary in customer’s mind.
- Merchandising (display & promotion) of our products at retail outlets.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reaction.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the Company around the brand’s direction and tactics.
