Job Description:

 

 

Marketing / Sales  Manager  for Vietnam location

We are looking for a Sales Professional having an experience of over 5 to 10 years  for South East Asian Countries , Preferably   from the Diesel Generator Industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sell to existing and potential accounts  mainly through  our  Network of Dealers  & Freelancers for the  South East Asian Countries  
  • Meeting with Dealers  & their  customers to maintain relationship and discussing their requirements
  • Supervise and motivate the Dealer team members to develop their skill  and to ensure that the monthly sales target are met.
  • Plan to achieve personal and team’s target.
  • Determining overall  Potential  Segement  &  Region wise
  • Ascertain Competition  Strategy  viz a viz  Pricing  ,  Product  Specifications  & Quality  
  • Analyzing market trends and results, implementing marketing strategies to increase profit.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
  • Provide necessary support to Dealers for lead generation and closing new deals.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Continually develop knowledge of the market and competition for your defined geography and accounts
  • Preparation of reports, sending proposals to clients as needed.
  • Should have  basic  knowledge  of  Commercials 
  • Should have  Good  Knowledge  of  Exports  /  Export  Logistics   / Export  documentation

 

Should be good in Communication Skills

Should be open to travel

Should  have  good knowledge  of  DG sets  & Electrical Panels.

Qualification   : Electrical  Graduate  or Mechanical Engineer
