Production Engineer

Job Description:

Designation: Production Engineer/Supervisor
Department: Production
Qualification: Diploma Mechanical/BE Mechanical
Location: Pan India Location
Exp.: 3 to 5 Yrs.
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the production line for boiler manufacturing.
2. Ensure that production targets are met on time and within quality standards.
3. Monitor material usage, waste reduction, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
4. Coordinate and supervise staff to maintain high productivity levels.
5. Develop and implement work schedules, and ensure resource allocation aligns with production needs.
6. Ensure products meet all design specifications and quality standards.
7. Monitor the testing of finished products, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and safety regulations.
8. Collaborate with design engineers to ensure seamless integration of design changes into the production process.
9. Provide production data and reports to senior management on performance metrics, including output, quality, and safety.
10. Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.

• Ability to lead and influence safety culture at all organizational levels.
