Job Description:

Role: Manager - Marketing & Sales

Industry: Manufacturing (Corrugated Board, Boxes, and Fitments)
Location : Jalgaon Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Implementation:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote corrugated packaging solutions.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
3. Create and manage branding initiatives, ensuring the company’s visibility and reputation.
4. Develop promotional campaigns, advertisements, and sales materials tailored to target industries.

Sales Management:

1. Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients across industries (FMCG, e-commerce, industrial goods, etc.).
2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
3. Achieve sales targets by formulating pricing strategies and negotiating contracts.
4. Present product solutions that address clients' specific packaging needs, including custom-fit designs.

Product Knowledge and Development:

1. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to understand product specifications and innovations.
2. Educate customers about the benefits of corrugated packaging in terms of cost, durability, and sustainability.
3. Provide customer feedback to the production team to improve product offerings.

Operations and Reporting:

1. Monitor sales metrics and generate regular performance reports.
2. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Forecast demand and plan inventory in coordination with the supply chain team.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
2. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Compliance and Customer Satisfaction:

1. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum [7 years] of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
