Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales and providing excellent customer service in the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, answering queries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about educational programs and services.

Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing students, providing accurate information and resolving their queries.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into enrollments.

Maintain and update the database with accurate and current information.

Handle client complaints and inquiries with a positive attitude and efficient problem-solving skills.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities to support student recruitment efforts.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
