Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pricing Manager to join our team in a leading shipping company. The ideal candidate will oversee pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to develop competitive and profitable pricing models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for shipping services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze market conditions, customer demands, and competitor pricing to optimize pricing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Monitor cost structures and assess margin performance across various services.
- Provide regular reports and updates on pricing performance and trends to senior management.
- Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead negotiations and provide pricing support for key clients and high-value accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, logistics, or shipping industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing software/tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of shipping operations and cost structures is a plus.
- Salary: Up to 6 LPA
