• To lead, guide and manage the effective formulation of sales, marketing and CRM Strategies  
• To effectively drive top line growth, desired positioning in market and brand recall.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Hard core sales and marketing experience from the Real Estate sector.
• Contribution to the business planning process by providing inputs in terms of revenue projection and growth. 
• Develop project marketing & promotion strategies and ensure effective and timely communication of new projects.
• Benchmark best practices and develop competitive strategy for Marketing and Sales.
• Ascertain effective leverage on information technology for efficient processing and reporting of the sales transaction.
• Monitor and guide the negotiation process with channel partners, External consultants, ensure effective cost minimization across the sales, marketing and branding initiatives. 
• Closely monitor the revenue collections status and ensure adherence  to the collection timelines, recommend corrective actions in case of delays.
• Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work.
