Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) - Garment Company

  • Drive sales and achieve targets by managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and efficient order processing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings, provide training, and mentor sales staff to optimize performance.
  • Oversee stock management and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to align sales efforts with product offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to build long-term client satisfaction.
