Job Description: Regional Sales Manager (South) - Garment Company
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets for the South region.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to maximize performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Ensure effective territory management and oversee distribution channels to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to align regional operations with company goals.
- Prepare and present regional sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.
