Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for mechanical components and materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to secure reliable supply chains.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring minimal wastage and optimal stock.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance departments to align procurement with project needs.
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports for management.
- Leverage 10+ years of experience and a Mechanical Diploma for effective procurement management.
