As a Front Desk Executive at our well-reputed school, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Reception Duties:

    • Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
    • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of queries and concerns.
  2. Student and Parent Interaction:

    • Assist parents and students with general information about the school, admission procedures, and academic programs.
    • Maintain a helpful and approachable demeanor to address inquiries related to student attendance, schedules, and school activities.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to various school departments, including the management of schedules, appointments, and documentation.
    • Coordinate with teachers and staff to relay important information and announcements.
  4. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and student attendance.
    • Assist in the organization and distribution of school-related materials.
  5. Security Measures:

    • Monitor and control access to the school premises, ensuring the safety and security of students and staff.
    • Follow established protocols for visitor sign-ins and student check-outs.
  6. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students to relay important information or updates.
    • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of newsletters, circulars, and other communication materials.
  7. Multitasking and Problem Solving:

    • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
    • Resolve minor issues and concerns independently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate authorities.
  8. Professionalism:

    • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
    • Adhere to the school's code of conduct and policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and telephone systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and composure.
