Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Efficiently manage calendar, ensuring proper scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
Draft and review communications, including reports, memos, and other documentation for the review and approval.
Project Management & Coordination:
Assist in managing key projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and milestones are met.
Gather and analyze business data, particularly from MIS reports, to present insights that will assist in decision-making.
Administrative Operations:
Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and handle financial documentation for approval.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents for easy access.
Stakeholder Management:
Ensure effective communication across departments and maintain a professional relationship with key business contacts.
Respond to stakeholder inquiries and redirect them to appropriate channels.
MIS and Business Analytics:
Use Management Information Systems (MIS) tools to generate reports and dashboards for business performance metrics (sales, production, inventory, etc.).
Analyze trends, business performance, and provide recommendations based on data insights.
