Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Manage and lead a team of sales executives, setting targets and ensuring their achievement.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research to understand industry trends and provide actionable insights.
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance the sales pipeline.
•⁠ ⁠Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and sales techniques.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting performance metrics and challenges.
•⁠ ⁠Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Candidates with experience in developer groups like Shilp, Shivalik, Ganesh Housing, Suryam, Godrej, Adani, etc., are preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory).
•⁠ ⁠Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
