Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Assist in identifying prospective clients and conducting property showings.
•⁠ ⁠Support senior sales team members in follow-ups, client meetings, and negotiations.
•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain client relationships, addressing inquiries and guiding them on property options.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research on trends, property values, and competitors.
•⁠ ⁠Generate leads through online channels, referrals, and networking.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of client communications and update CRM systems.
•⁠ ⁠Attend training sessions to enhance sales techniques and property knowledge.
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory).
•⁠ ⁠Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
