Junior Sales Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying prospective clients and conducting property showings.
• Support senior sales team members in follow-ups, client meetings, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain client relationships, addressing inquiries and guiding them on property options.
• Conduct market research on trends, property values, and competitors.
• Generate leads through online channels, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and update CRM systems.
• Attend training sessions to enhance sales techniques and property knowledge.
• Contribute to sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory).
• Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
