Store Executive

Job Description:

Key responsibilities & requirements:

 

·          -  Handling of the entire store department, including mechanical & electrical

·          -  Receive and verify the received material against the bill and challan.

·          - Generating GRN and following the material-wise routing process

·          - Ensure proper labelling and tagging of the received material.

·          - Handle returnable and non-returnable challans and ensure data is up to date. 

·          - Issuing material to the department, requirement-wise, as per the material requisition slip

·          - Managing complete Inward and Store data in Excel 

·          - Coordinate the transport of material.

·          - Coordinating with the purchase department regarding the ordering of new stock on time

·          - Identifying and optimizing process bottlenecks.

·          - Sending “out of stock” & “low stock” items report daily to concerned departments

 

Education Qualification & Skills Requirements:

·           - Graduate in B.com/ BA/ Diploma Preferred

        - Fluency in Advanced Excel formulation

·           - Quick & accurate data entry

·           - Basic knowledge of mechanical components

• 2 or more years experience
