Job Description:

To be considered, you must demonstrate: • 18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • In-depth knowledge of staffing and talent management best practices specific to IT or Engineering hiring within India. • A proven track record in the successful design and execution of impactful Talent Acquisition strategies. • Demonstrated success working within complex, highly matrixed, and multicultural organizations, with strong expertise in stakeholder management and influence. • Extensive experience leveraging a variety of staffing channels, sourcing methods, systems, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive change and continuous improvement. • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices is highly advantageous as is experience in working with an RPO solution. • Proven ability to utilize data, trends, and customer insights to inform and refine talent generation strategies. • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with excellent executive-level communication skills for engaging senior leaders and stakeholders.grow purposefully, and lead courageously.
