Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project/Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in industrial automation, project execution, and customer-centric problem-solving. This role involves the end-to-end management of automation projects, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring customer needs are met.
2. Study project requirements, gather necessary information, and validate solutions for compatibility.
3. Design and execute electrical drawings, and software programming, and ensure smooth implementation.
4. Perform on-site visits and travel independently or with team members as required.
5. Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing solutions to challenges faced during project execution.
6. Conduct hands-on programming of automation systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and AC servos.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, providing tailored solutions.

Critical Skills:

1. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical control panels and wiring (e.g., DOL, Star/Delta).
2. Proficiency in programming automation components to create efficient, customer-centric solutions.
3. Expertise in automation systems such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and AC servo drives.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to guide and assist junior engineers with technical challenges.
