Post -Data Operator (Raw Material)
Salary - 21000 to 25000
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Verifies and logs receipt of data. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Preparing documents: Gathering, compiling, and sorting documents and materials for data entry
- Data entry: Entering data into digital formats using software like word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Verifying data: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-referencing original documents
- Maintaining databases: Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems
- Backups: Performing regular backups to prevent data loss
- Reporting: Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Administrative tasks: Performing clerical duties like filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing
