Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Studio Operations Management

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the studio's day-to-day
  •  operations, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and fully functional.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure that all equipment, props, and
  • studio essentials are maintained and available for use.
  •  Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

2.Studio Shoot Coordination

  •   Act as the primary point of contact for clients during studio shoots,
  • ensuring clear communication and a seamless client experience.
  • Plan and execute studio shoots in alignment with the company’s
  • quality standards, including pre-shoot preparation and on-site
  • coordination.
  • Conduct equipment checks and ensure all tools are operational and
  • backups are available if needed.
  • Troubleshoot any operational issues during shoots to minimize
  • disruption and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all systems and processes are followed during studio shoots, providing regular feedback for improvement.

3. Production Coordination

  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution
  • of production projects.
  • Coordinate with photographers, assistants, and creative professionals
  • to ensure studio shoots run on schedule.
  • Monitor the progress of shoots, ensuring they align with the client
  • brief and the company’s standards of excellence.
  • Manage the documentation and records of studio shoots for
  • operational and client reporting.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Handle all client communication, from initial inquiry to final delivery,
  • ensuring a superior client experience.
  • Proactively address client feedback and concerns to maintain high
  • levels of satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to
  • encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. Process Optimization and Team Training

  • Continuously review and refine studio workflows and systems to
  • improve operational efficiency.
  • Organize periodic training sessions for the team to enhance their skills
  • in studio management and client handling.

6.Client Base Expansion & Revenue Stream diversification

  • Expanding our client base is central to this role. Proactively seek new
  • client segments and untapped markets.
  • Focus on developing diverse revenue streams to sustain Framed
  • Productions’ growth. This could involve expanding into service
  • packages, product collaborations, retainer-based arrangements for brands, or cross- promotional deals.

7. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:

  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution
  • of production projects.
  • Forming partnerships with complementary businesses—such as
  • decorators for set design, venues & locations for photoshoots,
  • alliances with other vendors critical to a business is essential for
  • boosting Framed Productions & Framed Studio’s visibility and client
  • acquisition potential.

8. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy:

  • Expanding our client base is central to this role. Proactively seek new
  • client segments and untapped markets.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and client
  • preferences, using data insights to adapt Framed Productions’
  • offerings.
  • Create strategies that align with current trends and anticipate
  • emerging ones, ensuring that Framed Productions & Framed Studio
  • consistently resonates with its audience and evolves with industry
  • demands.

Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, photography, or a
  • related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in studio management, production
  • coordination, or a similar role in the photography or creative industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention
  • to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client
  • and team relationships.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with photography equipment and studio processes.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive
  • attitude.
  • Experience in managing housekeeping and ensuring the upkeep of
  • professional spaces.
