Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting the schedule and maintaining the quality of the product.
  • Ensuring that all forms, formats and records are maintained on daily basis.
  • Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.
  • Controlling material issued to Production Line and minimizing wastage.
  • Ensure the production output meet the given production planning.
  • Ensuring proper Implementation of all quality norms pertaining to the products under Production.
