Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoot and repair various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  2. Attend to assigned service requests at customer sites.
  3. Diagnose faults and provide solutions independently using technical skills and experience.
  4. Respond to breakdown complaints for Battery MHE.
  5. Prepare detailed service reports for completed work.
  6. Identify and recommend necessary spare parts for repairs.
  7. Provide comprehensive feedback on service activities to the technical team.
  8. Work on equipment such as BOPT, Forklift, Stacker, Reach Trucks, Articulated Forklifts, and Order Pickers.

Must-Have Key Skills

  • Field experience in handling MHE such as BOPT, Stacker, Forklift, and Reach Trucks.
  • Strong electrical and electronic skills (preferable).
