Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealing with Customers after the Sales activities Key Responsibilities: 1. Making sure that after-sales service part (Dispatch, coordinating with Customer, Production and Dispatch Team, Payment collection) are handled smoothly. 2. Always ask them for true feedback and maintain the Reviews in a system. 3. Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients. 4. Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services. 5. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern. 6. Understand client queries and solve them in any manner. Key skills for Client Relationship Management: 1. Polite disposition. 2. Ability of rigorous internal team follow-up. 3. The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients. 4. Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly. 5. Proactive 6. Thorough knowledge of products/services.
