About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR/Liaison Manager to act as a bridge between employees, management, and external partners. The successful candidate will provide exceptional HR support, foster positive relationships, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Policy Development: Create, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, address grievances, and provide counseling.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leaves, and time-off.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance evaluations, goal-setting, and development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Liaison Functions:
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments, management, and employees.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues between employees, management, and external partners.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth through strategic partnerships.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management and external stakeholders.
  • Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects, such as process improvements or organizational changes.
