Job Title: Chocolatier
Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Development:
- Develop and test innovative chocolate-based desserts and dairy treats (excluding cakes).
- Create unique dessert recipes showcasing high-quality dairy products.
2. Market Research:
- Analyze trends in dessert products, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for new dessert trends and opportunities.
3. Recipe Execution:
- Create and refine dessert recipes as per management direction.
- Ensure recipes are commercially viable and adhere to consistent quality standards.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with management to align on product goals and quality standards.
- Support production trials and adjust recipes based on feedback.
5. Production Oversight:
- Supervise daily production processes.
- Document and standardize recipes with precise ingredient proportions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chocolate making, confectionery, and chocolate-based desserts (experience limited to bread or only cake baking is not preferred).
- Passion for dessert creation and innovation.
- Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.
- Attention to detail in recipe development and quality control.
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to work under guidance.
