1. Understanding of International Trade Regulations
- Familiarity with customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices).
2. Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Skills in managing the logistics of transporting goods, including shipping methods, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and inventory management.
3. Cultural Awareness and Communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners from different cultural backgrounds.
- Understanding cultural nuances that may affect business interactions.
4. Negotiation Skills
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, customers, and freight carriers.
- Ability to find mutually beneficial agreements while managing costs.
5. Market Research and Analysis
