Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure medical equipment and supplies from vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct market research to identify new vendors and suppliers
- Analyse and evaluate vendor performance and quality of goods
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably in the medical equipment
industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of purchasing and procurement principles and practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
