Job Description:

We have an opening for the position of Customer Support Executive for a disputed Company for the Indore (MP) location.

 

Job description:

  • Support schools and parents through email or phone.
  • Outbound calls/mails for customer support.
  • Visit schools for on-ground support
                            

 

Desired Profile of the candidate skills:

  • Ability and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
  • Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, etc.
  • Language proficiency – English, Hindi
 

 

Job Location – Indore Travel may be required (Work from the Home)


 
 
Education background - should be a graduate; if communication skills are excellent, we can consider HSC passed candidates too.
