Job Description:
  • Lead and manage the production process of the Steel Melting Shop (SMS).
  • Ensure smooth operation of furnaces, ladles, and related equipment.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality steel products, meeting customer specifications.
  • Monitor and optimize production efficiency, reducing downtime and increasing yield.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Supervise and train production staff, fostering skill development.
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on production performance.
