Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Client Visits: Conduct regular field visits to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
3. Customer Management: Address customer needs, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive field activities.
5. Product Promotion: Promote company products and special offers during client visits.
6. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and increase product visibility in the assigned area.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
8. Promotional Activities: Execute promotional campaigns and assist in product launches.
9. Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
10. Market Insights: Collect and share market intelligence to help the company stay ahead of competitors.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local market in Ahmedabad is an advantage.
