Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Salary Package: Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives + Extra Facilities
Salary: Up to 20,000 INR in hand
Experience: Minimum 1-4 years in telesales


Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating Sales Deals & Contracts: Engage with clients to negotiate sales deals and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to enhance performance and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

  • Order Processing: Take and process orders, follow up on any issues with products or services, and ensure timely resolution on behalf of the client.

  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1-4 years in telesales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
