Job Description:

 

  • Team Management:

    • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Sales Planning and Execution:

    • Develop sales strategies for the assigned area to achieve monthly and annual targets.
    • Monitor team performance and track progress against set goals.
    • Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and market activities.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in affordable housing finance.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, builders, and referral agents.
    • Drive lead generation and ensure robust lead conversion.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and RBI guidelines for home loans.
    • Conduct initial credit checks and ensure proper documentation for all cases.
    • Work closely with credit and risk teams for seamless loan approvals.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management.
