Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop sales strategies for the assigned area to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor team performance and track progress against set goals.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and market activities.

Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in affordable housing finance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners, builders, and referral agents.
- Drive lead generation and ensure robust lead conversion.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and RBI guidelines for home loans.
- Conduct initial credit checks and ensure proper documentation for all cases.
- Work closely with credit and risk teams for seamless loan approvals.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management.
