QA Executive (Wines )

Job Description:

JOB TITLE:            Executive – Quality Assurance / Associate – Quality Assurance

POSITION:           Executive

DEPARTMENT:  Quality Assurance

BAND:   6B

REPORTS TO:  Functional Reporting: Manager – Quality Assurance

                Administrative Reporting: Assistant Manager – QA

Compensation: Rs 20,000/- to Rs 25,000/- per month 

Work experience:  2-4 yrs

Education: Science Graduate. B.SC – Wine Technology / B.Sc – Biotechnology / Graduate with Specialization in Chemical Analysis.

Industry:   Wine / Brewery / Liquor

Functional Area:  Quality Assurance

Desired candidate profile-

1. Knowledge in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Hygienic Practice (GHP).
2. Coordinating closely with Tank Hall, Labelling and Dispatch department to ensure QC and processes are conforming to set standards.

1. Knowledge of Wine and Lab Analysis in any Vineyard/Winery.
2. Only local candidates preferred who are willing to shift to Bijapur (Karnataka)

Primary Responsibility

1. Responsible for Inspection of Raw Material / Packing Material and In Process checks.
2. Lab Analysis, Instruments Calibration.
3. Internal Audit, Quality Assurance/Hygiene.
4. Microbiological Analysis.

Key Skills

1. Analytical skills, Auditing skills.
2. Packing Material analysis and approval.
3. Computer knowledge.
4. Wine QC standards
5. Experience in working in winery/vineyard.
6. Supervisory Skills.
7. Able to understand and explain Quality related issues.
