Job Description:

Job Role / Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with International Team: Work closely with our International Business
Development team to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives
for the international market.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
potential clients in international market through regular communication, meetings,
and presentations.
3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends,
potential clients, and business opportunities in the foreign market.
4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including online research,
networking events, and referrals, to expand our client base in the international
market.
5. Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and
other sales materials for client meetings and pitches.
6. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads and opportunities, and
provide regular updates to the international-based BD team.
7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and work towards
closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing
and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts in
the international market.
9. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status,
and client feedback for management review.

1. Sales Revenue: Measure the total revenue generated from the international market to
ensure the BD executive's efforts are contributing to the company's financial objectives.
2. Client Acquisition Rate: Track the number of new clients acquired within a specified
period to assess the effectiveness of lead generation and conversion strategies.
3. Pipeline Conversion Rate: Monitor the percentage of leads that progress through the
sales pipeline and convert into paying clients, indicating the efficiency of the sales
process.
4. Client Retention Rate: Measure the percentage of existing clients retained over time,
demonstrating the BD executive's ability to maintain strong client relationships and
deliver value.
5. Market Penetration: Assess the percentage of the target market captured by the
company in the international, indicating the effectiveness of market penetration
strategies.

1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the
company's presence in the international market, focusing on lead generation, client
acquisition, and revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing

3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends,
competitor activities, and client preferences in the international market to identify new
business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
4. Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate qualified leads through proactive
prospecting efforts, networking events, and marketing campaigns, and effectively
convert leads into clients through persuasive sales pitches and negotiations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing,
operations, and product development, to ensure alignment of business development
initiatives with overall company objectives and strategies.
