Operation Executive
Job Description:
This is a full-time, on-site . As an Operations Executive-EV, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our electric vehicle fleet. Your main tasks will include coordinating with drivers for optimum vehicle utilization, ensuring timely maintenance and servicing of vehicles, monitoring vehicle performance, and implementing strategies to optimize operations. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and drive efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of fleet management or logistics operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainability practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
