Job Description:

Order Management:

  1. Process and fulfill orders using Shopify and Uni commerce.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.
  3. Confirm orders with customers and coordinate shipment details.

 

Customer Support:

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues across social media channels and other customer touchpoints.
  • Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction through smooth resolution.
  • Build positive relationships, addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism

 

Operational Support:

  1. Maintain organized records of orders, returns, and customer interactions.
  2. Assist in improving processes for efficiency in ecommerce operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.

 

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Shopify, Uni-commerce, and other e-commerce platforms.

 

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills; customer-oriented mindset.

 

Adaptability:

Quick learner, flexible, and open to evolving responsibilities.

 

Problem-Solving:

Strong ability to handle customer concerns with poise and efficiency
