Job Description:
Order Management:
- Process and fulfill orders using Shopify and Uni commerce.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.
- Confirm orders with customers and coordinate shipment details.
Customer Support:
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues across social media channels and other customer touchpoints.
- Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction through smooth resolution.
- Build positive relationships, addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism
Operational Support:
- Maintain organized records of orders, returns, and customer interactions.
- Assist in improving processes for efficiency in ecommerce operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Shopify, Uni-commerce, and other e-commerce platforms.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills; customer-oriented mindset.
Adaptability:
Quick learner, flexible, and open to evolving responsibilities.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to handle customer concerns with poise and efficiency
