Job Description:
  • Led and managed the hiring team consisting of a mix of experienced and junior recruiters.
  • Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.
  • Advise the organization’s hiring managers and leadership team on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
  • Led the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices. Oversee consistent compliance with established recruitment best practices and processes.
  • Balance hiring needs and team capacity. Efficiently manage workload to ensure correct and timely hiring.
  • Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.
  • Led in-house efforts to develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent.
  • Oversee the work of the hiring team and manage their performance. Provide feedback on their performance and act as a mentor to the team. Recruit, train, and develop new members of the team as required.
  • Oversee all the communication between the organization’s hiring managers/recruiters and candidates.
  • Provide the candidates with the best possible experience by taking end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process and subsequent onboarding.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, social media campaigns, and career fairs.
  • Oversee compliance with government and organizational recruiting policies and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements (Skills Level)

  • A graduate degree in any discipline from a tier-I educational institute. Candidates with an MBA (HR specialization) will be given added weightage.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7-10 years of recruitment experience in the BPO/ KPO industry. Alternatively, the candidate should possess equivalent experience in a leading executive search firm.
  • The chosen candidate will be a team player possessing the initiative to learn and adopt new hiring strategies and practices.
  • Good talent search and sourcing skills in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Experience and competence in effectively using HRIS and ATS systems to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process.
