Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for designing engaging posts, managing our social media platforms, executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns, and creating product catalogs. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

  • Manage and execute content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and engaging content to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback on social media platforms.

• Content Creation & Post Design:

  • Design visually appealing and creative posts, banners, and graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other design software.
  • Develop creative captions, hashtags, and taglines to increase user engagement and reach.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

• Catalogue Designing:

  • Design and update product catalogs and brochures that align with the brand’s aesthetics.
  • Ensure catalogs are visually attractive and easy to navigate for customers.

• Excel Reporting:

  • Maintain and update social media marketing reports and performance tracking sheets.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, clicks, and conversions.
  • Create reports using Excel to track trends and inform strategies.

• WhatsApp Marketing:

  • Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including promotions, product updates, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor response rates and effectiveness of WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Build and maintain customer contact lists for WhatsApp communication.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Experience with WhatsApp marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in Agricultural based product marketing is a plus.
