Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Associate General Manager for a reputed company in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai location.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and playing a key role in the success of the business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Break down sales targets into individual goals for each sales manager.
  • Monitor  progress and make sure targets are consistently met.  
  • Build and keep strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main contact  for major accounts.
  • Take full responsibility for the client experience, making sure  clients are satisfied and stay with us.  
  • Ensure a smooth client experience from the first contact through after-sale support. 
  • Follow company standards for customer satisfaction.  
  • Study sales performance data, write detailed reports, and provide practical insights to  help with decision-making.  
  • Give feedback and work with the marketing team on ad campaigns, creative work,  and communication channels to support sales strategies and improve lead  generation.  
  • Develop strategies to sell more services to existing clients and get new clients by using  strong client relationships.
  • Keep clients coming back by following up personally and  finding client-focused solutions.  
  • Take full responsibility for following up with clients, communicating, and addressing any concerns.
  • Aim for great service and be a trusted advisor to clients. 

Qualifications: 

Education: MBA or equivalent degree. 

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a solid background in sales, marketing, and management.
