Job Description:

Position:         Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location:        Navi Mumbai

Experience:    1 - 4 Year

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:        

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the assigned territory.
    • Plan and monitor sales activities to ensure effective sales coverage and market penetration.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Management & Leadership:

    • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and deliver high levels of customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing timely support and solutions.
    • Conduct presentations and product discussions with healthcare professionals to ensure product visibility and sales.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:

    • Regularly track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports, including market intelligence, opportunities, and threats, for management.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:

    • Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and medical advancements.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of products to healthcare providers and customers.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Sales Forecasting & Budget Management:

    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and budget reports to management.
    • Monitor and control sales expenses to maximize profitability.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for commuting and operational purposes.
  • Good in communication

Required Qualification: B.com/BA/B.Sc - Any Stream    

Salary: - Upto 4.25 LPA
