Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for IT applications by responding promptly to user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor and manage application-related incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
- Record and maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with higher-level support teams for the escalation of complex issues when necessary.
- Assist users with SQL queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
- Provide support for basic technical issues related to Java and Spring Boot applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc IT).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT application support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for troubleshooting and query support.
- Basic knowledge of Java and familiarity with the Spring Boot framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
