Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for IT applications by responding promptly to user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Monitor and manage application-related incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Record and maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with higher-level support teams for the escalation of complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist users with SQL queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for basic technical issues related to Java and Spring Boot applications.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc IT).
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT application support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for troubleshooting and query support.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and familiarity with the Spring Boot framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
