Position:           Sr. Warehouse Executive

Location:         Daman

Experience:      8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Manages the outbound and inbound deliveries of goods_and adherence of departmental SOPs. Ensure timely vehicle placement and movement of vehicles.
• Finished goods receiving and movements according to customer dispatch schedule as per dispatch SOP.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Ensure human safety and material safety. Storage of material as per the desired guideline / MSDS.
• Finished goods receiving and movements according to customer dispatch schedule as per dispatch SOP.
• Periodic Cycle count of Finished Goods inventory
• Ensures the safety of his/her personnel, with the help of his/her coworkers, spreading a safety culture and fostering the personal involvement.
• Documentation of domestic and export shipments and samples, proper filing of all legal documents in organized way
• Ensure compliance of Quality management system and general housekeeping in warehouse area, face internal / external audits, and provide CAPA. Lead and participate in RCA and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with internal customers i.e. Customer service, IQC, PQC, EXIM etc for their specific needs and arrange required activities.
• Lead and monitor team of workman.
• Identify the scope of continual improvements in ongoing process and implement the steps for improvement, error proofing, cost savings, skill improvement of self and team etc.
• Around 10 years of experience in medium to large size warehouse with multiple SKUs (2000 or more SKUS) of different categories like solid / liquid / chemicals/ electronics/ paper (experience in Distribution Centre of large brands / retail chain / third party warehousing company will be preferred)
• Should have knowledge of material management — Receiving / issues / Loading / unloading / dispatches.
• Should have knowledge of logistics management.
• SAP knowledge is must.
• Must have communication skills and people management skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of inventory management, cycle count process, Inventory analysis (ABC/XYZ analysis, Non moving / slow moving inventory analysis.)
• Must have knowledge of documentation, taxation (GST etc.) and other compliance (E waybill etc)
• Experience in warehouse process designing / layout designing / takt time calculation / different type of storage solutions and Material Handling Equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of export logistics management and documentation is added advantage.
• Knowledge of sub-contracting material management is added advantage.
