Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting: Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, ensuring corrective
actions for variances.
Fund Planning: Manage bank balances, banking products, and cash flow
projections.
MIS Reporting: Generate analytical reports and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
ERP Management: Maintain records, track progress, and ensure data
accuracy in ERP systems.
Cost Management: Verify bank charges, evaluate costs, and ensure timely
submissions.
Insurance: Ensure timely asset insurance renewals and proper claim
processing.
GST Compliance: Manage tax filings, reconcile returns, and avail Input Tax
Credit (ITC).
Asset Management: Track and review asset movement and maintain accurate
records.
Audit Support: Prepare and maintain data for audits and ensure compliance
documentation.
