Job Description:

Position:          QA/QC Engineer

Location:         Umbergoan

Experience:     3 - 5 YEARS

Industries:      Water Treatment

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of Inward Material, Reading of Drawings, Layouts etc.

• Stage wise & Final inspection of equipment Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Tanks Etc.
• Having Fabrication knowledge of Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger & Tanks, Familiar with ASAME Sec VIII Div. 1.
• Having NDT Level-II Certification in RT, UT, PT & MPI, Knowledge about NDT inspection.
• Able handle Stage wise NDT inspection Like DP , Interpretation of RT films Etc.
• Taking necessary training on safety and regulations of company and working in those constraints
• Shall ensure that work is done as per approved drawings and documents.
• Shall be responsible for distribution of drawings with latest revision at Fabrication Shop.
• Shall be responsible to maintain the protocols of inspection and testing at site as per the client requirement
• Shall be responsible to report the short fall of the material if any at site and after getting approval from site co-ordinator either procure it locally or get it from H.O
• Shall amend the reporting of formats, protocols in line with customers requirement.
• Shall be responsible to organize the work at shop and completion in shortest possible duration with accuracy.

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
