Job Description:
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Affordable Housing Loans in the designated area.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking with builders, property developers, and channel partners.
- Drive lead generation activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Ensure growth in the loan book by onboarding quality customers while adhering to credit guidelines.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Managers.
- Motivate and guide the team to meet individual and collective sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Market Analysis:
- Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor strategies.
- Identify untapped markets and develop specific plans to penetrate them.
- Provide insights and feedback to senior management for product and process improvements.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure superior customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address grievances proactively.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence and mitigate risks.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely disbursal of loans.
