Job Description:

Sales & Business Development:

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets for Affordable Housing Loans in the designated area.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking with builders, property developers, and channel partners.
  3. Drive lead generation activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  4. Ensure growth in the loan book by onboarding quality customers while adhering to credit guidelines.

Team Management:

  1. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Managers.
  2. Motivate and guide the team to meet individual and collective sales goals.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Market Analysis:

  1. Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor strategies.
  2. Identify untapped markets and develop specific plans to penetrate them.
  3. Provide insights and feedback to senior management for product and process improvements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Ensure superior customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address grievances proactively.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  1. Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.
  2. Conduct periodic audits to ensure process adherence and mitigate risks.
  3. Ensure proper documentation and timely disbursal of loans.
