Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales and marketing head in Ahmedabad.
Position: Sales and Marketing Head - Hardware Sales
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in hardware sales or sales management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives and sales targets for hardware products.
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Pune, Baroda, Jamnagar, and Bombay.
- Conduct field visits to key clients, ensuring the proper promotion and delivery of hardware products.
- Coordinate effectively with office teams across different locations (Pune, Baroda, Jamnagar, Bombay) for smooth operations and timely execution of sales strategies.
- Provide product training, guidance, and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and maintain high-performance levels.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales activities, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
- Ensure that the sales process aligns with company policies and objectives while fostering customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware sales or sales management.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, with an ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven track record in driving sales.
- A professional and polished personality that represents the company well in all business interactions.
- Ability to travel regularly for field visits and client meetings.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware products and market trends.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
