Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales and marketing head in Ahmedabad.

Position
: Sales and Marketing Head - Hardware Sales
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in hardware sales or sales management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives and sales targets for hardware products.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Pune, Baroda, Jamnagar, and Bombay.
  • Conduct field visits to key clients, ensuring the proper promotion and delivery of hardware products.
  • Coordinate effectively with office teams across different locations (Pune, Baroda, Jamnagar, Bombay) for smooth operations and timely execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide product training, guidance, and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and maintain high-performance levels.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales activities, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure that the sales process aligns with company policies and objectives while fostering customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware sales or sales management.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, with an ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven track record in driving sales.
  • A professional and polished personality that represents the company well in all business interactions.
  • Ability to travel regularly for field visits and client meetings.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware products and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
