Job Description:

Job Profile/Key Responsibilities:  Strong leadership and team management abilities.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and data interpretation.  Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.  Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):  Achievement of zonal sales targets and growth objectives.  Market share improvement in the assigned territory.  Team productivity and performance metrics.  Successful execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.  Customer and distributor satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role (preferably at ASM or RSM level).

 Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the Pharma.
