● Customer Support & Ticket Management
● Maintenance & Repairs
● Site Visit Planning & Management
● Training & Documentation
● Customer Relationship Management
● Quality Check & Feedback Management
● Warranty and Contract Management
● Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Requirement Skills ● Good Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
● Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
● Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
● Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and working well under pressure.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
Qualification
● Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field.
Work Experiences ● 3-5 years in project and service management
Job Type ● Full-time Duty: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
