Job Description:

Position:          HR Manager

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     5 - 6 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

  • Assess staffing needs for each department in coordination with the Director, GM, and Plant Manager.
  • Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires across all designations.
  • Prepare and issue required documents such as Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, aligning with key responsibility areas (KRAs) and organizational goals.
  • Provide regular feedback, set employee goals, and conduct performance reviews every six months.
  • Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Determine competitive salary structures and benefits, ensuring alignment with market standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage payroll processes and benefits for employees and contractors.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee issues, including loans, advances, and leaves, while resolving concerns and conflicts effectively.
  • Foster motivation and morale through counselling and engagement with workers to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain all mandatory registers and records for PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Paid Leaves, and other company policies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes to mitigate risks.
  • Workplace Security and Discipline:
  • Monitor security across factories through regular checks, CCTV surveillance, and strict adherence to protocols.
  • Implement policies to address misconduct, theft, and prohibited items (e.g., tobacco, alcohol), taking appropriate action when required.
  • Event Management:
  • Organize team-building activities, festival celebrations, and other events to nurture a collaborative and vibrant workplace culture.
  • HR Software Implementation:
  • Oversee the implementation of HR software for attendance, payroll, and other autonomous HR operations.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure all employees and workers are equipped with safety gear, including uniforms, shoes, helmets, gloves, masks, and safety belts.
  • Promote and monitor adherence to safety standards and protocols.

 Required Skills :

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.

Required Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary:- Upto 6.00 LPA
