Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly energetic and self-motivated Sales Manager with a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving revenue and expanding the client base within the Label & Packaging industry. The role requires B2B or B2C commercial sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and accurate forecasting abilities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions, meeting sales targets, and building long-lasting relationships with clients in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and ensuring client satisfaction in the Label & Packaging industry.
- Sales Expertise: Use B2B or B2C sales experience to effectively sell solutions in the commercial printing and packaging space.
- Negotiation & Forecasting: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and maintain accurate sales forecasts to meet or exceed targets.
- Client Presentations: Build and present compelling recommendations, solutions, and sales pitches with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal Achievement: Work in a fast-paced environment and be proficient at setting personal and team goals to ensure consistent achievement.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Adaptable Sales Techniques: Tailor sales presentations and techniques to different clients and industry needs, adapting to various situations.
- Regional Travel: Travel across the assigned region/territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and build business relationships.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, delivering innovative and effective packaging solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of commercial sales experience in the Label & Packaging industry or related sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, forecasting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Label & Packaging sector and its clients' needs.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while setting and achieving personal goals.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the assigned region/territory to engage with clients.
- Professionalism: Must be professional, outgoing, and friendly, with a consultative sales approach.
